Oil equipment
Oral syringe care
Source-led care guidance for the oral syringe supplied with prescribed cannabis oil. It deliberately does not reproduce dose amounts or titration instructions.
Your prescription label and clinician or pharmacist instructions remain authoritative for how much medicine to measure and how to take it.
Practical care
A simple care sequence, with the clinical instructions kept out of it.
- 1Use the supplied equipment
Use the syringe supplied or recommended for your prescribed oil and follow the instructions that came with your medicine.
- 2Clean after use
After use, clean the syringe according to the supplied pharmacy or clinic instructions. Current Mamedica and Lyphe guidance both describe gentle washing or rinsing and leaving it to dry.
- 3Let it dry
Allow the syringe to air dry before storing it cleanly for its next use.
- 4Ask for practical support if needed
If hand dexterity, finger movement or sight makes the syringe difficult to use, contact your clinic or pharmacy for practical support rather than changing how you measure the prescription.
GreenGuruAI does not reproduce oil dose amounts, titration schedules or administration changes. The prescription label and clinician or pharmacist instructions remain authoritative.
Clinic-primary evidence
What the current sources actually say.
The two clinic sources are shown separately rather than blended into a GreenGuruAI dosing or administration instruction.
Mamedica
Mamedica says cannabis oil is usually accompanied by an oral syringe and gives basic washing, rinsing and air-drying guidance.

Lyphe says the pharmacy provides an oral syringe, gives basic washing, rinsing and drying guidance and tells patients to seek support if manual dexterity or sight makes administration difficult.

Keep the equipment guidance separate from the prescription itself.
If the syringe is difficult to use, damaged, unclear or the instructions supplied with your medicine differ from what you see here, contact your clinic or dispensing pharmacy rather than changing how you measure the prescription.
