Who operates GreenGuruAI

Adults aged 18 and over

GreenGuruAI is intended only for people aged 18 or over. You must not use the patient companion, submit an early-access signup or provide information to GreenGuruAI if you are under 18.

This is a GreenGuruAI service policy. It is not a statement that UK medical cannabis can never be prescribed to a person under 18; prescribing eligibility and treatment decisions are matters for appropriately qualified specialist clinicians.

Educational information—not individual advice

GreenGuruAI provides general education and practical organisation for UK medical cannabis patients. It does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a dose or product, establish that treatment is suitable, provide legal advice, or replace a clinician, pharmacist, solicitor, police officer, regulator or public authority.

Information cannot account for your health, medicines, prescription, location or circumstances. Decisions about treatment must be made with appropriately qualified healthcare professionals.

Urgent and emergency situations

GreenGuruAI is not monitored as a clinical or emergency service. Do not use the website to request urgent help. Call 999 or attend A&E in an emergency. Use NHS 111 for urgent medical help that is not life-threatening, and contact the prescribing service about treatment concerns.

Patient companion and information you enter

The patient companion is a prototype organisational tool. It stores information in the browser on the current device and does not create a GreenGuruAI account, secure clinical record or cloud backup. Local information may be lost if browser storage is cleared, the device fails, or the browser prevents storage.

Anyone able to access the same device and browser profile may be able to view locally stored entries. Use the export and deletion controls carefully and do not use the app as the only copy of information you must retain.

Tool output may be incomplete and may contain mistakes introduced by the user. It is not a prescription, clinical record, legal document, permit, evidence of impairment or proof of compliance. Check information before relying on or sharing it.

No dose, impairment or driving decision

GreenGuruAI does not calculate a personal dose, blood-THC concentration, impairment, medicine accumulation, legal entitlement or fitness to drive. A medication log records what the user enters; it must not be treated as a decision tool for driving, work, treatment changes or legal situations.

Feedback and communications

Structured in-app feedback is used to improve the product and is not a route for medical advice or urgent support. Do not send unnecessary prescription, medication or health information in feedback emails. Early-access communications are subject to the choices and unsubscribe controls described in the privacy policy.

Sources, currency and corrections

We aim to use primary and official sources, display review information and correct material errors. Medicine, law, travel and public-service guidance can change without notice. Always check the linked official source and obtain advice for the relevant date and circumstances.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, submit another person’s information without authority, falsely present GreenGuruAI content as professional advice, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Third-party services and links

Links to government, healthcare, airline, embassy, clinic, pharmacy and other websites are supplied for convenience and sourcing. GreenGuruAI does not control their availability, content, decisions or services. A link does not amount to endorsement unless explicitly stated.

Availability and liability

We may change, suspend or withdraw features and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenGuruAI is not responsible for losses caused by treating general information or tool output as individual medical, legal or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, GreenGuruAI owns or licenses the website design and original content. You may share links and make reasonable personal, non-commercial use. Do not republish substantial content, remove attribution or imply an endorsement without permission.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated date will change when material revisions are published. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
