Access for every patient

Accessibility statement

GreenGuruAI aims to make its public guidance and patient tools usable by as many people as possible, including people using keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice control or reduced-motion settings.

Last reviewed: 19 July 2026

What we currently support

  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms and controls.
  • Visible focus states and skip links on key journeys.
  • Semantic headings, labels and live status messages.
  • Responsive layouts that support phone and desktop zoom.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • No reliance on colour alone for essential instructions.

Known limitations

GreenGuruAI is still under active development. Some complex interfaces, generated downloads, third-party pages and browser installation flows may behave differently across assistive technologies. We have not yet completed an independent WCAG conformance audit and do not claim formal certification.

Report an accessibility barrier

If something prevents you from using the site, email hello@greenguruai.com. Please include the page, what you were trying to do, the device or assistive technology used, and the problem encountered. Do not include unnecessary medical information.

Improvement process

Accessibility issues are recorded alongside product defects, prioritised by user impact and retested before closure. Major patient journeys should receive keyboard, mobile zoom and screen-reader checks before release.
